RecoverTrue ("we", "us") provides payment-recovery communication tools for subscription and D2C merchants. This policy explains what we collect and why, for both merchants who use RecoverTrue and visitors to this website.

Information we collect

• Waitlist signups: the email address you submit, and the timestamp you joined.
• Merchant account data (once live): business contact details and the gateway connection details required to detect failed payments.
• End-customer contact data (on behalf of merchants): the name, phone number, and email address needed to deliver a recovery message. We never store card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank details — payment happens on your gateway's hosted checkout, not on RecoverTrue.

How we use it

• To notify you when early access opens.
• To operate the recovery cadence a merchant configures (sending WhatsApp and email messages on their behalf).
• To show merchants recovery performance in their dashboard.

What we don't do

• We don't sell contact data to third parties.
• We don't use waitlist emails for anything other than early-access updates.

Data retention

Waitlist entries are kept until early access launches or you ask us to remove them. Merchant and end-customer data is retained for as long as the merchant's account is active, per the terms agreed at signup.
